I was at a family event of some sort and there was presents. Might have been Christmas? My aunt Traci and Uncle Steve were even there. We were at the wooden table in the old house. Everyone proceeded to open there present and then it got to me. Mima Lina was going to pass the present to me when aunt Traci said, let grandma open it. I was confused and annoyed. That is a gift my dad gave me? Why would grandma open it. I asked why everyone else gets to open there presents and then when it comes to me we insist grandma opens it? Then they made me feel like a dick, saying they just wanted her to open a little bit of it. I was getting a let upset and just insisted "no, it's fine she can open all of it". Turns out it was some book about the natives peoples and how the wealthy elite, including presidents like JFK who were not even alive at the time assisted in the genicide of the indigenous peoples. It was also some sort of board game at the same time. My dad was saying that we could read it together because he really wanted to read it.
