Weird mall

I’m running around in some huge mall and stop in this store where people are having a fashion contest (building a dress for a female). As I’m leaving I realize I’m on the wrong side of the mall/amusement park and have to walk all the way to the top. I then find myself in a car with a nice guy and his punk rock girlfriend who can’t drive and has a hairdo that’s like a shaved head with a peacock sitting on top. I’m then in another store with roommates and their mom, looking at 99s nostalgia toys
