Elementary school registration

The premise of the dream was that I had a kid and was going to an Elementary school to register them. In the dream I was younger, maybe a teenager? The school was the same one that was near my parents house. I get to the school and one of the teachers explains to me that there is a form listing all the fees. They say I can review all the fees and if any don't make sense, to let them know. I start looking through the form and there are all these odd fees like a Halloween costume fee, etc. One of the fees was something like 44.99/mo for the child to have access to the class phone if they need anything. I thought that was ridiculous so I didn't want to pay it. My argument was that they already has a cell phone. At this point one of the other parents mentioned that president Obama was at the school earlier giving a speech. I was angry that I had missed the speech. At this point a notice that there are a lot of people there sitting in seats outdoors all lined up as though they were watching a speech.

AI generated interpretation Based on the elements in your dream, it appears that you may be feeling unsure or anxious about responsibilities or obligations related to parenthood or a similar form of care-taking. The fact that you are registering a child for an elementary school indicates that you may be worried about being a good caregiver or that you may feel unprepared for such a role. The fact that you appear as a teenager in the dream may suggest that you feel like you lack the necessary maturity or experience to handle these responsibilities. The odd fees listed on the registration form may indicate that you feel overwhelmed by the amount of financial resources required to take care of a child. The Halloween costume fee might serve as an example of something you may feel is unnecessary or a waste of money. Your refusal to pay the $44.99/mo fee for class access to the phone could indicate that you feel like certain expenses are not worth the investment. Your argument that the child already has a cell phone suggests that you are trying to be economical with your resources. The regret you felt after missing the speech given by Obama might suggest a fear of missing out on important experiences or events. This could be associated with feeling like you may not have enough time or opportunities as a caregiver to take care of your own needs and interests. Overall, your dream may reflect your fear of the challenges and costs associated with the role of a caregiver, as well as your desire to balance your responsibilities with your own interests and needs.
