Drowning with ducks

I dreamt that I was in Chicago, which is a good two hour drive from my house. Idk if I was moving there or working a new job there or what. But it was night time. I was wandering the streets alone. The road was blocked off I guess where I was cuz there were zero cars anywhere and if you've been to a city you know it's packed FULL 24/7 so it was odd. There was a little underpass ramp that I saw being flooded with geese and ducks. Like there was some water overflowing a bit, and the geese/ducks were just piling through. Some people tried to walk past, but they just kept coming. Another part of my dream was an overweight woman fell into the water and was trying to swim. She was incredibly fat and her legs and arms couldn't really keep her afloat. She had a bad heart I guess so for some reason they (the helicopter EMT's) kept telling her they needed her heart to keep pumping blood or she would die. Which seems obvious to me. But in the dream she had to save herself I guess. And I remember her saying "I can't! I can't! I'm going under!" And that's the end of my dream.
