Apocalyptic boat trip

This was a movie I watched in my dream. A woman (played by Kate-Lyn Sheil) finds a dead man floating in a river. She embarks on a boat ride down river with the corpse. The corpse becomes a good companion (as in Swiss Army Man), helping with ropes and navigation. The landscape is post apocalyptic, but it’s ambiguous. Devastation on shore could be the end of the world, or it could just be developers clearing land to build subdivisions. An alien tower might be part of a concrete plant. Unrelated: at another point in the dream, I filled a grocery bag full of mustard.
