marrying thomas?

so me and thomas were supposed to get married, but secretly neither of us wanted to. both our families were SUPER excited. mrs riss planned the whole thing and there were a bunch of wedding themed activities and games in the week before, bc for some reason our whole families were staying in this giant mansion. on the night before the wedding i was in a room with my mom and i told her i didn't want to get married and she was like "yeah i know dumbass" so i told mrs riss to call off the wedding and she got really mad and started yelling about how long it took her to plan the wedding, so i left and found this giant bench swing by this really pretty river. a few minutes later thomas came and sat with me and talked about how we were happy we weren't getting married lol
