my boob exploded??

so the dream started with me in my bedroom trying on dresses for a wedding i was a bridesmaid for. i was trying on a dress that i had that was really big on me. i tightened up the back (it had a corset back) so it wasn’t so baggy and apparently it was a little too tight in my boobie area and my right boob started pouring this translucent green fluid out of a cut. i walked out of my room because i was freaking out and needed help. a long black thing that looked like leather came out of my boob and fell on the floor. my sister was sitting on the couch and the fluid started coming out again and i told my sister to look and another black thing came out and fell on the floor. she said something about being sacrilegious and went to the bathroom. my aunt came upstairs and saw what was happening and she grabbed the black things and told me she had to put them back in my boob. so i laid down on the floor of my living room and my sister was playing with my hair and stroking my face to distract me while my aunt cut into my boob to put the things back in and sew it up. that’s when i woke up. idk man.
