Inside a horror game, and horror story

I cant remember the beginning well, something to do with getting a haircut and my family. Anyway, I started up this horror game with my little brother and a few of his friends. Instead of me playing the game, I was inside it. It was sort of a puzzle game mixed with Dead By Daylight. I was mainly just following my brothers group through the different cramped and atmospheric rooms. Every now and then we'd we a save point/the end of the level. During that time, campaign like cut scenes start up and this game-master-like NPC talks either about the next level, or about a scare in this room. At one of the safe rooms, the scare was listening to a horror story. After a few seconds of listing, I instead was watching it. It was in a dusty and bustling market place with plenty of people. All of a sudden it shifted its attention to this table of children who I assume are all brothers. Two of them quickly get up and dash outwards playfully, they didn't notice a bus backing up. It shielded my view and I couldn't tell if they were still on the sidewalk or not. Everything in the market went silent and blood started pouring out from the bottom. A few second later a small-cartoony sheep popped out and wandered off unharmed. I took a peek under the bus and saw the drip drip drip of something lodged in the busses underbelly. I looked back to the street and saw the group of brothers lining up in front of their mother, only, one of them was mangled beyond recognition. They were having a conversation I cant remember exactly. It was something like the mangled child complaining to his mother that she let him run under the van and how it was unfair and the one still sitting down didn't bother her. I cant remember what she said about the child that didn't go running off, but it was unsettling. After the book reading ended, that NPC came back dramatically. It reminded me of Sanders from Bioshock. He was stepping down these stairs that popped up and lit up as he stepped down. I looked to Vivian (who wasn't there earlier) and mentioned Bioshock and how I enjoyed it. The next part of the game was weird and I cant recall the mechanics exactly. A weird memory gap and now I'm at my bed, either waiting to lose the game or? Idk this part is fuzzy. But no matter what I did I couldn't seem to open my eyes and get off the bed. I think there was more, but I cant remember.
