Creepy arcade, then a car chase

(Note: This was one of those trippy experiences where I couldn't tell whether it was A. Part 2 of a dream I'd had in the past, and I was only remembering Part 1 just now, or B. Part 1 was simply a false memory created within the dream. Does anyone else experience this? If so, leave a comment.) Anyway, in Part 1 of the dream, my sister and I visited several bizarre attractions in an unknown city--an abandoned Western museum, empty shops, etc. One of these attractions was an arcade. Since my sister and I never shy away from wasting a bit of money on arcade games, we went in. I remember it being like a big abandoned office building, with white walls, grey carpet, bright lighting, and no decorations. Very sketchy. The games were scattered across the building. We went to the roof and found a claw machine game modeled after a popular Japanese type. Basically, the plush toy is positioned on thick wires with a gap between, and the goal is to get the toy to fall into the gap. To our surprise, I won a Pignite Pokémon plush from the machine. In Part 2 of the dream, I returned to the arcade alone--I think I might have snuck in? For some reason, they had raised the prices on all the games to ridiculous levels (the claw machine game now cost $17.50) so I wasn't going to play. In any case, I wasn't supposed to be there. I think the whole place was a money laundering scheme for the mafia or something because they now wanted me killed. I was spotted by the owner of the place, a g-man looking guy. He started chasing me, telling me to get out. I ran back to my car and hopped in, and the owner chased me on his motorcycle. I floored it down the city streets trying to escape this guy. I had a strange vision of the owner using his motorcycle to make drivers wreck, killing them. In my mind, I saw a montage of wrecks and carnage. I realized that the owner was killing drivers, and then putting their souls into the street racing games in his arcade. I don't remember what happened after that.
