Weird game

I was playing some sort of video game. In it there was a world with a lot of islands. The ocean was acting really weird, like it was draining. There was a huge storm. Once you arrive on the first island you find out that the island are being ripped apart one by one. To escape you had to find specific items and then get back to the start. On the first island there were a few houses, a beach, trees, and a village. Once you found the items and returned you got sent to the next island. One was a desert, another a cave full of lava, or an underground village of penguins. After a while I died. I started the game up again and it updated. There was a multiplayer mode. It went through the first few levels normally and then we got to a new one. It was this huge house that I though was mine. I found the first few items with incredible speed but then I got to the eraser. There were none to be found. I went through a lot of rooms in the study there were a lot of people and that stupid Daniel tiger ballon that was at my little brothers birthday party. I walked under it and it started to deflate. Good riddance. Out the window there was a big hill with a fenced in area full of trash. I noted that it was probably full of rats and should be demolished. I tried taking a picture of it for the something gross category but it didn't work. I walked to the garage where most people were. Apparently the card with our items was wrong and we had the wrong type of eraser marked down. It was half an eraser we needed I think. I ran back to the study and checked my card again and it was now a mr.pen and eraser. I grabbed a random pen with an eraser from a drawer and it was marked off my card. However I wasn't able to return to the start in time and died.
