Pearl dream

I dreamt I saved an old lady from choking on a giant pearl. It was my pearl I think, or I wanted it really bad, but since she was choking on it, I figured it was hers and finally gave it back after a woman standing on sidelines(mom probably) kept encouraging me to give it to the old lady. The old lady took it, then gave it back, insisting that I try to eat it. I didn’t.
