Three ships

1) A ship was traveling to mine a distant moon or asteroid. Somehow, a group of rich people got on board and were unhappy. The ship was so heavy that they could only gather a few spoons of ore before they had to turn around and go back. At one point, the ship had to rendezvous with a derelict. It did not go well, constantly overshooting and having to reverse. Eventually they just crashed into each other. We operated a robot arm. 2) I was on a sailing ship. It was a ferry across a river in the winter, covered in deep snow. As we passed an island, a young child slid off the side into land. I jumped off the ship and lifted him up. Then I needed someone’s help to get onboard myself. 3) A group of three people had infiltrated an enormous Russian submarine, also crewed by three people. It was large enough that we hoped to not be discovered. A metal rack had chipped paint, and I decided to repaint it. I found paint, but no brush or drop cloth to collect spills. I decided to sneak into the ship basement, but immediately was caught. I introduced myself by my full name, and my colleagues, in an unclear plan. We were brought to the ship living room. There were thousands of vinyl records, to keep the crew entertained for a long voyage. There were posters on the walls, and post-it notes with personal notes and jokes. It was very cozy. The place had a very 70s vibe.
