Entire City is under water

A shadow like figure, don't know who but feel as if it was Bijoy... Is killing everyone around me in Pune and everyone is running in the opposite direction while I am walking towards the shadow. Shadow hi fi s me and also talks to me ( not sure) We ( shadow & I or Bijoy and I, not sure) escape in a bus and go to Bombay. Everything is normal there and we have a conversation along the way of how bizarre it was. There is no air conditioning on the bus and I can see a lot of trees with yellow flowers along the way. In Bombay, I try to warn a policeman but he doesn't take me seriously. I ask the person (shadow??) to back me up too and he does We see the map of Pune on the phone and it shows pune is underwater and I remember being slightly panicked yet hoping the guy trusts me now
