Hydrogen peroxide with blood & cockroaches

I was in a parking lot with cars. I had a gallon jug of hydrogen peroxide that I was taking swigs of, swooshing in my mouth then spitting out. About the third swish, I noticed a strong taste of blood. When I spit it out, it was dark colored with blood, not white like the first couple of times. I did a fourth swig and when I spit it out, there was blood and a dark thing that ran away (it was dark outside so I couldn't see what it was). I found light and looked into the jug and saw blood and a bunch of cockroaches in it.
