My ex tried to kill me

He tried to use any excuses to see me like oh I forgot my stuff. So I drove him back to my parents’ previous house to help him look for his stuff. Then I didn’t have the energy to drive him back. So I let him stay over the night. Then in the early morning. He took a shower. I went to home depot. Except the home pot was literally right next to my house. There were all the customers. Meanwhile I explored around Home Depot trying to find some notes to write. I grabbed a piece of paper. I tried to look around to see any customer is too close before I write about confronting my ex. They all passed by me. I gave up trying. Then I gave up and went back to (my) house. My dad was planning to have a morning movie activity before he go some where. I think to work. But they didn’t know he was at home. I got sick of my ex trying to use any excuses to come over and persuade me to come back with him. When the other day I saw him emotionally cheating with a girl through online text. I tried to confront him. Then my aunt came and said “I am so sick of him trying—“ I think she tried to tell him to leave. My ex said “okay I will. But one more thing.” Next thing he grabbed my neck with his whole arm and choked me. I heard the really high frequency noise in my head. It’s like tinnitus. I felt my head being squeezed really tight Then I woke up.
