Fecal bacterial growth

I and some others were in a flooded house. Maybe my childhood house. The water was gross and brown. I and others were trying to save stuff from it. I remember finding collectors toys but everything was ruined and brown. At one point this brown fuzzy stuff started spreading on our legs and bodies. I kept trying to wipe it off and wash it off in the water but it kept coming back. Someone said it was fecal bacteria growing and we had to leave. We rushed out and hosed our sleeves in the neighbors yard.
