So I was having a dream within a dream. I kept having interactions with all the people I had once loved and fell for. First was Luke. He has written about me and told me he missed me. It was a bittersweet conversation over Instagram direct messaging. Then was Sean-which was totally unexpected. We had fought and stopped being friends so seeing him was a little weird. He grabbed my hand as I walked the halls of my school and made circles on my palm with his fingers. He asked me if I missed him. I said I miss him all the time and that I wish we could be friends again and something else along those lines. But the third boy, Nick, had an actual plot and story. It wasn’t quick like the last two dreams within a dream. So, he and I were hanging out, farting around, the usual. He nudged me and teased me. We laughed. I forget some of it now but we were walking down a corridor, I was thinking about how much I liked him the entire time. And how I just wanted to be liked by him. And at the end of the corridor, was a large grassy field with people everywhere. He said he had to go somewhere and asked me if I could hold his hat for him. It was one of those fluffy-fake fur hats with flaps over the ears and little balls hanging from strings at the end. It was brown and soft. But he approached me with the hat, put it on my head, and didn’t let go. He held onto the flaps and pulled me closer using them. He told me to look at him and close his eyes. I did. An then I felt him reach down and kiss me. I’ve never been kissed before but I could feel his lips on mine. I wasn’t scared. I wasn’t afraid. Just total infatuated with his presence. He pulled away and caressed my cheek and he started talking, I don’t remember the entirety of what he said. But he said something along the lines of, “well now that you experienced it, you should be happy. I am looking for a relationship right now and I have a girl I like. Please, let me be with her”. I was confused and really sad, especially since he had just kissed me. But before I woke up all I remember was him smiling at me. However, when I woke up I was still dreaming. I was surrounded by my friends and I told them what happened. I woke up immediately after that. And...that’s what I remember.
