Subway bacon

I was making myself a sandwich and the subway bacon is usually really flimsy and 99% fat. But today I felt one that was hard and crispy. I put it on my sandwich and put Swiss cheese and toasted it (we ran out of marinara sauce because it was the night shift). It tasted soo good and I was very pleased.
