The birds at hospiral

I was visiting a hospital where I got into a tiff with the manager for making me sit for hours to do some tests. While waiting I noticed the hospital kept some birds the size of hens in small cages around the waiting room. They could fly and the cages were open. The birds had a nasty habit of irritating the people and I was targeted by one bird. It would constantly come to me and buzz around like flies. It was scary too. I told the manager, an old guy of 70, he said the birds were there for our entertainment, keep our mind off the long waiting hours
