Bird attack

I was walking by a neighborhood that was familiar to me in the dream state. I pass by a front yard with a mom bird taking care of her 3 baby birds. This mom bird was so beautiful reds oranges and hints of yellow and blue with a long tail. I notices the main cage door open and I got worried that the baby birds would get out. So I go towards the cage door and rush to close it before they get out. As soon as I get the door closed the mom bird goes through and inbetween the cage wires from the side and attacks me. I was so confused because all I wanted to do is help the birds not escape. When I woke up I felt weird like why did the cage have a wide opening around the cage for the birds to easily come in and out. But it had a cage door so I assumed it was so.eones pet and they didn't want the birds to get out of it.
