Clear voice - strengthen your voice

There was a clear voice in my dream that said “You need to strengthen your voice.” My first thought is that it is about my music therapy career and how I should have a stronger voice if I’m going to be doing more contract groups, etc. My second thought I had just now is that maybe it could also mean being more assertive.
