Triple Parking Ticket?

I was in the CVS parking lot. It was night time. It was mostly empty. I don't know how I got the first ticket on my car but I did. I felt bad and he was only aggressive to me. Said something like $200 fine? Idk. The next ticket was for like littering. A bunch of kids(?) threw some stuff at me (toys of some sort. Dinosaurs? Yoshis?? It might have been little Yoshis) and I threw it out of the window. Cop came back around and gave me another ticket. I was upset-er. Next thing I knew I was in front of Tops reading a newspaper while someone was..singing? Maybe. Maybe it was New Years. There was a group of people I know this much. But the car was parked horizontally. And I saw the cop walk over to it and I rushed to fix it. I was too late as he was already writing the third ticket. I was very upset again. I asked him how much $ it would cost and he said like $400 or so? Ugh.
