had a dream i went to the beach with my family. apparently pollution in the water had gotten so bad they made a documentary about it. i went swimming and it was absolutely disgusting. i thought maybe it was only because i was swimming so close to the pier, but it was dirty no matter how far i swam. literally so sick. there were huge pieces of trash in the sea piled up on top of each other. a component of the dream was that the us government did not care at all. it made me sad since this was the beach i grew up at.
