Wooden rod in ankle, Water

I don’t recall the exact date of this dream but today is 1/11 and I had this dream about a week ago or so. I dreamt I found a small wooden rod that went through my tendon behind my ankle. I saw it and thought “Weird I thought I pulled all the wooden pieces out a while ago, I must have missed this one.” I pulled it out. There was quite a bit of bleeding. I turned around and saw a woman there; I asked, “Can you please help me?” She didn’t say anything but she grabbed a wrap and wrapped it around my ankle so it could heal. Not totally sure what this means but when I looked up ankle it said support and direction in life. Perhaps it’s related to my current jobs that I’m not happy with and I hope something else turns up. I’m not sure. I was also drinking water in the dream and before I drank, I saw something strange in the water. My friend who is a chemist said oh man, that’s the start of a bacteria. That’s all I remember.
