Nightmare - Swollen Face

Woke up in my pitch black flat room feeling weird, my face felt different, specifically my eyes. I could hardly see anything through my them. I stumbled out of bed and tried to go towards the mirror, after struggling for a while I got to the mirror, sadly couldn't see anything due to it being so dark. I stumbled towards the light to turn it on, it came on slightly and I fall over several times trying to get to the mirror. When I managed to get myself steady for a brief second I took at myself and could see my eyes had swollen to a gut wrenching size. They looked genuinely disturbing, about as big as tennis balls with wrinkled eyelids my pupils looked through where my eyes were almost closed like a squint. Yet I was calm. Snapped back to waking up in bed again, I needed to see myself again as I didn't get a real look previously due to my inability to see well and the light. As I got out of bed I thought I might be having some kind of sleep paralysis but a sort of in-between where I could still move. More of a sleep stroke. I assured myself that it would be gone in the morning. I fall again while getting out of bed. This time I do a backwards roll to the point where I don't know where I am. My phone begins to ring and lights the room slightly so I can see where to go I ignore the call and go for the light again. As I approach there are bags of rubbish around my door that weren't there previously and a sign on my bathroom door. I try to read it but go back to the light. As I turn the light on I look to my left and I'm now in a well lit library. I can see perfectly clear again. In front of me is a slender pretty girl with brown hair and a blue scarf. She's watching me with a small smile, laughing occasionally at me stumbling all over uncontrollably. I approach like Bambi on ice with a smile and begin to talk to her, desperately trying to hold myself steady. We talk for a while but I'm snapped back to standing next to the light, vision impaired again. The girl in the library is gone and I go for my bed. As I get in bed the radio comes on and a lamp at my bedside table flickers. I ignore this and pat the covers looking for my phone. When I find it I open the front-facing camera to look at my fucked up face again. I get a decent look and it is still disfigured. As I woke literally I noticed that as I was asleep my arms were weirdly laid across my face which I imagine was what made my eyes not only look disfigured but I could physically feel it while dreaming. Thinking back when I woke up I was genuinely disturbed by this dream. Even though I looked in the mirror across from me and saw everything was normal face wise I could still feel where my arms had been on my face and this made me 10% scared I was maybe still dreaming.
