Shopping turned into a nightmare

I was at this huge shop with my parents and my sister. My older brother wasn't there. We usually go on trips just the four of us so I thought it normal that he wasn't with us. The shop was massive, think IKEA, there was furniture and clothes, and pretty much everything for households. We were just roaming the place, I don't usually fancy shopping so I didn't intend to buy anything and instead looked for things displaying a picture or design with one of my fandoms, I am in quite a few.  At this point, we split into two groups. My mum and sister headed for clothes because my sister just loves buying new stuff. My dad and I don't like the clothes so we went ahead. There were some other things now, mostly accessories but also clothes for kids. Among the socks I found ones that hat Izuku Midoryia, a character from my favourite anime, on them. I was so happy. I was squealing and jumping in joy. Izuku is basically a young man training to become a superhero one day and I love his moral, good to the bone, character. My dad was only laughing and offered to buy me the socks. I took them and was smiling like stupid as we moved on to another part of the store. It was a huge room, almost like a school gym or something. The ceiling was high and one long wall was nothing but windows with displays, there was the entrance to this huge shop. On the opposing walls were huge doors for storage, toilets and offices and the room was filled with baskets and shelves with various products. All these shelves were quite short. Not a single one was higher than me, most of them reached to my hips so I could see everyone in the store. There were many people looking around just like my family. My mum and sister had at some point moved to this section as well and were in the corner of the room, inspecting something there. Me and my dad started looking at the products, deciding to make our way to them but also checking the products there.  Before we could get to each other, the entrance to the store was opened and people with masks and black clothes ran in, there was maybe half a dozen of them. They all carried machine guns and without a second thought, without anything saying or claiming it was a robbery, they open fired. The people opposite the entrance were first to be shot. There was no time to react. Me and my dad immediately got to our knees, hiding behind the low shelves and run as fast as we could to my mum and sister. We were together for a while there in the corner, we were lucky we had been on the side of the room, by the wall and not directly in the front.  Next moment, I don't know how, but my sister wasn't with us, I turned back and there she was, she was scared out of her mind and slowly crawling to us. I was already standing up to get to her when a man in black appeared in front of her. He pointed the gun at her. I knew he wouldn't waste any time and would shoot, just like he straight out shot the other people, to him, my sister was no different. I started shouting through my tears, telling him to shoot me instead. I could feel my parents' stare at us and screaming, but they didn't dare run to us, they only stood up. He turned the gun at me and shot me instead. I was hit at my side, the bullet only graced me. I was in pain however, not aware of the significance, or lack of, of my injury. I wasn't really in it. I didn't register my sister running to me. When the shock left me and I realized I wasn't really dead and not bleeding out, I reached my pocket, exactly where the bullet grazed me and took out the socks with Izuku on them. I smiled a little, thinking he inadvertently saved me, that he was really a superhero and that saving people was what he did. But the moment was quickly interrupted by the streak of shots that echoed in the room. It wasn't just three of them but much more. All of them aimed at my family. My sister was shot and then my parents, they all crumbled to the floor. With another scream, I ran to my sister, she was the closest. I was crying yet again and shouting for a doctor, that it was not late, that she was still alive. I cradled her in my arms, turning to look at the bodies of my parents in the heap, just lying there unmoving. I wanted to go to them as well but I couldn't force myself to leave my sister. I wanted to be with all of them, to have them close to me, to protect them somehow, in any way I could.  For some reason, all the shooters left. At this point I was beyond hysterical, screaming and yelling for someone to call the doctor already. I somehow knew all of them were still alive and if the doctor just came already then they would recover. The other people in the store seemed calm, a lot calmer than me, like nothing had happened and I was the only one panicking, like I was mad and crazy, like nothing was wrong. Someone approached me and told me the doctors would be there in under three minutes. Just before I woke up, the doctors finally turned up. They looked oddly too much like Benedict Cumberbatch and Lupita Nyong'o.
