First post. “...thunderous erection for life is gone.”

“Your willpower gets consumed, and your energy is released. Thunderous erection...” as Maria was reading this quote from her book to me, I stopped her right there and made a joke about it. She didn’t finish reading the quote, but I think it ended with “thunderous erection for life is gone.” How beautiful. The quote I mean. That’s how the dream ended. Now I’m remembering the rest of the dream. It all started at midnight at Walmart. I was shopping with my mom (oddly enough, because I’d never actually wanna shop with my mom in real life). We got a few items and left. It was a quick trip. After we got home from shopping, I immediately wanted those clear bottled Sprite with blue labels, so I told my mom that. It was between 3-4 AM. Seeing that the sky was already turning bright outside, she grabbed her stuff and left swiftly before I had the chance to tell her to wait for me because I realized it was not the best idea for her to go outside at 3 AM. I knew I couldn’t just catch up to her because I was not at all ready to go outside, so I got my shit slowly together and decided to take the shortcut and surprise her at Walmart when she runs into me (I kinda just knew she would make it there safely). The shelves at the drinking section were mostly empty so I just sat on the bottom shelf waiting for my mom while holding a bottle of clear bottled Sprite. I think I opened it too and took a sip. Then some Asian lady came over and said something along the lines of “hey man, are you drinking any of these? Cuz you’re not supposed to” and walked away. She did this a couple times and it was getting annoying, then my mom found me with grocery. She was surprised to see me there. So we went to the checkout counter (which was shaped like how a checkout counter would be at a gas station as opposed to the line of checkout counters they have at Walmart). The annoying Asian lady was there to check us out. As my mom was walking out, I exchanged a few words with the Asian lady. I can’t remember exactly how the conversation went but I probably gave her some shit about how annoying she was being. So we got home. But right before I walked through the front door, I accidentally pressed a contact on my phone and it started calling him. The name was James something something something, which I didn’t recognize. James picked up. I was like “uhhh.... who is this?” To which he replied “who is this?” I told him my name and also that I had his full name on my phone, but I didn’t know who he was. Then I started to hear voices in the background from his end telling him to say certain things to me (to try to prank me because they probably thought it was funny that I didn’t know who James was). I recognized one of the background voices so I knew who this James was. Then for some reason, I just knew exactly where they were and I started heading there instead of going home. It turned out they were at some sort of practice facility for ping pong. Upon entering the building, there were ping pong balls flying literally everywhere at high speeds so I naturally slowed everything down (I WAS NOT AWARE I WAS DREAMING) to a point that’s almost like when Neo was dodging the bullets in The Matrix. Then I casually walked to the end of the building and sat on a bench. Everything resumed at normal speed and I ran into Jayden, or that he ran into me. We exchanged a few words like “it’s been such a long time” and “how’s it going”, then the scene suddenly transitioned to outdoor. I was walking outside of a building and that’s when I ran into Maria studying together with some guy that I think I met in high school. Maria was on her laptop and the guy was on the opposite side of her so I slid right in between. After chatting for a bit, the guy walked away to get something from his backpack. Maria started showing me her laptop and it had music notes on it. Then I said “oooh music notes. I play guitar now, did you know that?” She was like no and I was like “that’s what I thought, cuz we met before I started playing it.” The guy came back with a book in his hand that he was trying to give to me, which was in Chinese. I told him that I can’t take it because it’d take me “a long time” for me to understand it. The Maria pulled out her book which was a lot bigger and had a peculiar design to it (you know how when a book is closed you can see pages on 3 sides and the cover on the other? Well on the opposite side of the cover, there was this circle shape dented into the side, and all the sides had a golden coating to them) and tapped on the book twice. Then she was flipping through the book and stopped at a random page. Then we all saw the quote and she started reading it. “Your willpower gets consumed, and your energy is released. Thunderous erection...” I stopped her right there and made a quick joke about it. Then I woke up. I don’t think it was lucid but I did slow down time. But then I wasn’t aware that I was dreaming. I just naturally slowed down time seeing those high speed flying ping pong balls. Would you consider that lucid? What I do is that after I wake up, I’ll record what I remember, then I’ll write it on here. I have about 16 other dreams recorded in the past... idk maybe the past month (probably less than a month)? Let me know if anyone wants any of those. Most of them are short. The dream that I recorded after taking a 2 hour nap is actually longer than most of my other recordings even though I slept longer for those. This dream was from last night and I slept for about 5-6 hours. I’ll probably go back to sleep now. If you made it this far, congratulations and thanks.
