weird vampire dream

The world was different? I'm guessing, and there was a building, almost like a prison but much more..... Modern. In this prison vampires were being held for the safety of our world and they would be studied but never killed unless it was for a good reason. For some reason I was at this building at the wrong time. One of the vampires got out!! And this isn't the first time this had happened so the people in the building knew exactly what to do. There was like this..... Large hula hoop made out of thin wire, and when every one stand inside of it created a protective Barrier. The vampire started trying to push through his eyes red through it all and I just remembered being so scared and every one screaming. To get to the point the vampire broke through and he didn't kill anyone and then my dream skipped up and me and him where sitting on a silver metal bench in the prison and I was on sitting on his lap. I wasn't scared at this moment.
