Dish washer (exiting aye)

I was standing by a commercial dishwasher some one had put some plates in it that had shit on them they thought it was funny. Someone flipped over the plates so they could be washed. It was disgusting. The dish washer was being loaded up but someone put all the silver ware in a heap lying flat. Someone someone picked them up and stacked them upright so they would be washed effectively. The dishwasher door was closed ready for cleansing and sterilisation.
