repeated dream of horror

Had the same dream over and over last night where i would be running through this house and jump,cause there was no proper walls, into the basement where it was pitch black and i couldn't see shit and couldnt move freaking me out so i would wake up. several of the times i tried to wake up it felt like my arms and feet where being pressed down into my bed by someone
