ok so this is just so fucking scary for me I'm in tears right now so i just had a sleep paralysis episode and all I saw was this white figure rocking back and forth calling my name and when I tried to turn away it came up to my face and screamed I'm in tears right now and i dont know if i want to go to sleep or even go to work tomorrow.
