Call to Biden

On a phone call to Biden I am explaining to him why we need an immediate approval to set up a lab in Punjab border like IGI has recently done. IGI has been a market leader and they have done investments like this well in advance. I go into the business dynamics but first came the awkwardness of calling him on a Sun and very early, he said it was 8am, he sounded sleepy. I profusely apologised and wondered if he wished to carry on. He said not to worry Sun is a full working day. In real life I despise the guy - his cowardmess and all, but here I am in awe
