Finger of God - tornadoes

I had another tornado dream. In real life: I woke up extremely depressed and in pain. I took bp med and it eased up after an hr or two. While I slept I dreamt of a voiceover talking about the “finger of God,” while I watched a huge tornado in the distance drop down. I was outside and watching it across a field. I felt paranoid and fearful that the tornado would get closer or that even more of “God’s fingers” would come down, maybe even all 5 at once. A hand made of big tornadoes. Scary.
