i had a dream that i was at my grandparents house and i was with my mom and stepdad alone and we were in the kitchen and my grandpas bedroom creaked open (hes dead) and all these noises were coming from it and i could physically feel the anxiety in my chest from it and my mom said "i think we should go" then i woke up and the noise i was hearing was actually from somewhere across the street (it was still a weird noise and it took like 5 mins for it to stop) but i was so physically anxious it was like a daze i dont remember falling back asleep from it either
