A mystery of me

I was cleaning up a beach or dirt path in a park that was littered with straws. I was with this team who would trash the straws and hand to people these environmentally friendly straws. When I overhead the ceo talking. Suddenly she came over to me and asked me to walk with her. She started talking about the business and trying to inspire me or recruit me or remind me, maybe. Something about management. I asked her if she had a mentor and she laughed and said that I was really bringing back memories. And she led us to this lighthouse or tower. We climbed up and she showed me the doors that led to the power system, the security and finally a door with a lock of some kind. She was behind me, hands on my shoulders, and urging me to open it. I told her I didn't know how or maybe I didn't want to but she rushed me to do it. There was a time limit perhaps or she made one up. So I tried and I began to succeed at the puzzle of unlocking it but she stopped me and began counting down. I wasn't ready to stop but I had no choice. I tried to continue but when she reached the end of the count she began pulling me back down.
