Cheating Boyfriend

I was going to prom, which is this Saturday for me, and I was walking into the dining hall where We were all sitting. I was looking for the table where my friends where sitting and I found it, but my parents were also sitting there. Actually it wasn't really prom, I think it was just a practice or a run through or something. I was sitting next to my friend Kris and I asked her where the rest of the gang was and she pointed out a table in front of us. I was also looking for my date who's my boyfriend because he hadn't showed up. We are eating dinner, and I see him stand up from another table so I smile and stand up to. Before I can start walking over, my friend Sophie stands up too and he embraces her and kisses her forehead. They look like they are about to leave together. So I get real mad, obviously, and I start to storm over. My mom grabs my arm and tells me to wait until prom but I just yank my arm away. I go up to him and push him and say, "Are you fucking kidding me right now? Are you actually fucking kidding me?" and he starts to back away. I storm out and go home and lie on my bed and start to cry. I start to get a bunch of texts from my friends congratulating me on publicall humiliating him because that's what he deserved. I kept waiting for him to text me with an explanation but he never did.
