Choking on gum

I was in the bathroom taking a shower. There was this guy sitting on the lid of the toilet talking to me. He has lived with me almost his whole life but we are not related. He was telling me he was going to leave (to college??). I frozen and thought he was messing with me but he had a serious tone. I told him why he was leaving me and he brought up some moments of the past. I reminisced in past memories while he was telling me the reason. I remember my older sister fighting my little sister and the guy while I was in the shower. She pinned them to the wall, pinning me too while I hid with the shower curtain. When she let go the guy left the bathroom and my little sister did too. I shallowed gum and panicked. I couldn’t breathe as I was trying to throw it out my body, without throwing up. I aggressively tap something to show I’m in need of serious help but my sister brushed it off because she believed I was faking it. Then I start realizing he was kinda cute and I had some interest in him. And all along he has liked me and was trying to tell me in the bathroom he liked me.
