Help Me I'm Drowning!

I was at the beach with friends and I was on like a floater. I really can't swim, but in my dream I was swimming. I was nervous and told my friends that I am scared. They either didn't hear me or wouldn't. I was on the tube and a big wave pushed me off the tube and I fell in and I was struggling to breath and I took in lots of water. I was waving my hands frantically but no one seen me do this. I can see myself sinking and I woke up gasping for air.
