Anxiety from iPad volume

So I was at camp and at camp you can’t have electronics so like they didn’t ask me for any electronics at check in so I forgot about it and than later that night I heard a noise so I went to check what it was and my iPad was playing an episode of parks and recreation and so I tried to power it off and it didn’t work and than I found my phone and a random phone with a squirrel case on it.
