Fell out of car and found abortion pill

I had a dream that my family and I were in the car on the highway and I just opened the door and fell out on purpose. My family didn't notice at first, so I looked around. I saw this small white pill on the ground so I picked it up and examined it. The pill was blank on one side, but on the other it had a depiction of Mary, Joseph, and Jesus, like a nativity scene, except instead of Jesus being in the manger there was an X. There were also some Japanese letters on the side of the pill. I was curious about it and since I thought it was some sort of drug, I bit it in half and saved half for later. I didn't eat the whole thing because I didn't want to somehow overdose. After this I ran to catch up with my family's car, which I soon realised was futile because they were driving at a highway speed and I was just running. Eventually they realised that I was not in the car anymore and they pulled over and allowed me to get back in. It was evening and we finally reached where we were going and got out of the car. I stayed out side of the building and messaged my friend Brit on Snapchat. I told her that I found some pill and took it. She reprimanded me and asked if I knew what it was. I told her no. I started to think back to the picture that was on the pill, with the X over the place where baby Jesus should've been. I then wondered if it was an abortion pill.
