Holiday trip and sailors at sea

It seemed as if I was still in England but the weather was very warm and had interesting buildings all around that I'd never seen before. I was there to on holiday with some friends mostly my collage group and sister are who I remember being there. The beginning of the dream I don't remember much we mostly were just walking round enjoying the place. However, I walked away from the group for a reason involving my sister. I somehow was logged into a hotel it was a pretty nice big building but I forgot to take note it in my brain what it looked like outside to help me find my way back. I didn't walk far, found this nice dress shop so went inside to look around. The shop changed to being in a small house it was the house I was staying in before this with my sister. My mum had gone away so it was just us home I looked around the kitchen a little and grabbed a snack as we had a few little jars of random nibbles. I turned around and was back in the dress shop so decided to look for one I liked but after awhile started to realise the shop was a bit posh for me the people coming in were looking at me as if surprised I was in such a shop. After a little got bored of this and left I realised I had forgotten my bag anyway at my hotel. I walked round a little knew it wasn't far but if I chose the wrong direction it could get my totally lost, I started walking to the right, after awhile i began to think it was the wrong way but as i went to go back i saw my friend Vicky down the street standing with an older man probably a professor, I ran up to her excited explaining what happened. Vicky said she would come with me was done talking to the professor anyway so we set off to try find my hotel. As we walked I rang my mum because she was meant to be getting back from her trip soon didn't want her wondering where me and my sister were. I didn't take much notice of where we were but knew it wasn't right it was becoming too mainstream part of town but before we could turn back a random guy went up to us saying what we were looking for was down this road and for some reason we believed him. It led us to a hotel, although it wasn't the one I was staying out we felt we had to take a look around. In order to get to the outside waiting area there was play ground sort of entrance having to hop over the stepping stones in 3 levels the first was easy the stones were big with little gaps. Second level was a bit harder the gaps were bigger couldn't see much of what was between then but there were hand railings on the side of me so I used those to help left myself over. By the last level some people were looking at me there was a little boy stood facing me at the last stone his father told him to move so I could get past by this point I could see there was a long drop inbetween each gap and the two stones were uneven i spent a little while making a plan of how I would do it decided to using the hand railings again lifting my self up and got one leg on the stone it was lower then the one I currently stood on so just tried to gently slide my way onto it. The father clapped as I reach save ground again so I thanked him and the son for moving. Just as I arrived the own came out the building welcoming everyone it seemed he was only just opening the hotel. Everyone rushed in excited I as he explained the concept. Once people put that goggles provided, that looked a little like VR headsets, they would be able to manipulate their surroundings or disappear. The new friend I made while stood outside suddenly disappeared however she wasn't wearing a headset yet as this happened he stated some people might naturally be susceptible to it not needing the headset to boost the connection. After awhile of looking for my friend I decided to sit outside even though it seemed cool something wasn't right about the idea or the owner so I didn't try. As I sat on the stool outside I sensed two people come out as well they started to mess with me making the group rotate. I shut my eyes heared a voice explaining how the only thing stronger then the ability the headset allowed were if you were able to block it out. Hearing this little X's were going in circles around me head as I lines up each layer it added another shield. My thoughts were filled with this voice explaining how sailors would use the same technique in ruff seas to help get them through it referencing it's like having a cat if you let it go crazy around the sailors head during the storm there will be scratches everywhere and it will be distressed. But if you keep the cat under control can help you stay calm. The people moving the group around me were moving it round in circles I clung onto my chair tightly but was blacking them out still they couldn't get in unless I broke, then my alarm woke me up.
