The Dark Side Won

The details is not very clear but the gist is that Harry and Voldemort are friends. So in the end, Voldemort won because of that. Years later the elves (like Legolas) visit the kingdom of Voldemort. There is some kind of minor conflict but it is easily solved. The dream shifts then we are focusing on the light side. They are living like normal muggles but they seem content with their lives. However, in the dream it felt that they don't know that it is Voldemort who is ruling or maybe they are so disconnected with the wizarding world that they don't know what is happening except that the war is over.
