I was at a friend's house over the weekend for her birthday. one of my other friends was there and we had alot of fun. we talked until around 1:48 and then decided to go to sleep. We were all laying on the bed and I was wearing my sleeping mask. when I started to feel like I was falling. I jolted up to keep from falling through the floor or something. My friend freaked out and grabbed me asking me if I was alright. I said yeah why to which she responded with you just like up for no reason. Not wanting to worry her I just said it must have been a twitch. Luckily she believes me.
