Advice from my great grandmother

I dreamed I was looking at a photo album with my great grandmother. As I was looking at pictures of her deceased husband who had passed away a few years earlier, I suddenly felt incredibly sad for her and started sobbing uncontrollably. She got a little annoyed with me and closed the book. She told me to be happy, because I have so much to be thankful for.
