fake doctor trap (fae?)

me and my mom decided to go to a doctor's office virtually in the middle of nowhere. it was crowded in the waiting room and we could have sworn we saw trisha paytas but with badly dyed rainbow hair. there was only one person working there & she was supposedly the doctor. she called us in and told us to meet her at a room (i think she said like 3B) and then just left out a back door. me and my mom had to climb up these endless white spiral stairs that were surrounded by literally just black nothingness. when we got to the top i'd lost my mom but i walked through the door into a room i'd always dreamed of being in (i actually have never thought of this room irl). it looked like the guest room in our old house but empty and had a sliding door that led to a pool i think. there were two doors; the door i came from and another door right next to that that must have been locked but someone was trying to open it. someone knocked on the door i came from and when i looked through the peep hole there was an old woman (but in my dream for some reason it was my mom). the doctor was then in the room and i knew that something wasn't right so i ran out as fast as i could with my mom, warning another girl on the staircase that this wasn't a doctor. the doctor followed us to the exit door with a gun but we managed to escape. i remember wondering if the doctor had been one of the fae trying to trap us
