punishment tattoo and finger holes

i was at some kind of facility with other kids my age. i got in a fight and accidentally snitched on myself . the staff told me i had to get a tattoo because i broke the rules. i thought ‘ok cool a tattoo, not much of a punishment’. as i was in line to get a tattoo, i saw someone else getting one and it was horrible. they pulled this big metal thing down from the ceiling (like at the dentists) and pressed it against your skin and it shocked you. i got my tattoo and it hurt so bad i actually thought i might die. all of a sudden i was outside sitting on the ground with all the kids and our parents. i look at my fingernails and notice that my pointer and middle finger look kinda funny. i start pulling at my nails and they both just slide out of my finger. i try to put them back in but they dont fit. i am left with two gaping, flappy holes
