I'm in an outdoor hallway under a concrete an overhand with Lucas where we hold an empty bowl. It's still dirty from the food that was in it. We go into my house where there's a nightmarish experiment going on. Peele are supposed to disappear and come back. They wear special suits from the military that are supposed to "dissolve" or "melt" into them when they go invisible. Then, someone has to grab them, and in this case they are an invisible cylinder of air, and shake or throw it hard so they essentially rematerialize. My dad gets the show all good up for the two people that have gone invisible. A kid and maybe my uncle Paul. He goes to "throw" the cylinders, but they weren't really there. I watch in horror, realizing we've lost two people in an in between of worlds. The school bus drops the rest of the kids that come to my house off, but it's clear that the kid that's invisible is missing and we'll have to explain it. The experiment ripped a hole between worlds and it looks grim. It's like the upside down from stranger things. I follow the kids that come home from school into my family room, then garage, then a bunker or military like establishment that somehow ended up attached to my house. It's made of concrete and filled with computers. The kids look so hopelessly at me as our reality flashes and bleeds into another as we even talk. There's a sickly little boy with firey red hair here who reminds me of Chuckie Finster. He was the last one off the bus and he looks so drained here. I exit back into the living room where my neighbor, Calia, has gotten a new lizard. It's my house, but it's laid out like Tina's. She puts the lizard on me since she can't figure out what it wants and she knows I understand lizards so well. The gecko is obviously stressed, hissing at me and letting it's mouth hang open to bite if it needs to. I tell Calia we need to put it back in its tank and explain how I can tell it's stressed. When she grabs it, it drops the tip of its tail. I explain that it's okay and it happened to one of mine. It will grow back. We sit in front of a glass coffee table where my lizard had also dropped her tail.
