breached stillborn

I gave birth to a breached stillborn. I was talking to my friend about how fat I had gotten and that I thought I was pregnant. She said it wasn't possible. My boyfriend said it wasn't possible. He was in the back of the dream. All of a sudden I felt feet coming out of me. I realize that it was in fact a baby. I collapse on the floor and began giving birth and screamed out for help. Everyone left no one stayed, my boyfriend refused to believe it was his child because of the deformity and the fact that it was dead. He left. I gave birth to the baby alone. It was very alien looking massive head tiny tiny body I couldn't really see a face. And then the hospital took me in and I was placed in the maternity ward with other moms.
