My mom and I are in a mall, but almost everything is white and it is bare of people and furniture. We feel normal, everything is just a fun shopping day, and we go to the food court. The place might be Mexican food, but I only remember the black letters on the white sign that I think started with an 'A'. My mom ordered first, and I was behind her in line. As naturally as if I was scratching an itch, I take out my eyes. There is no pain, no blood, and no scared feelings. I only start to feel embarrassed as I realized what I did, and my thoughts weren't worried about health or sight because my sight was not gone. It was only slightly blurry around the edges but that's it. I had new eyes just behind my original ones, waiting to be used. I remember thinking to myself how embarrassing it will be to tell my mom or my doctor that I took my eyes out, I wasn't the least bit worried about my eyes. I remember thinking how I must look, with my original eyes gone and my new eyes farther back, and how the man at the food counter will be embarrassed for me. As my mom finished ordering, she stepped to the side without looking at me and I order. I can tell that the man thinks I'm strange, and I think of him wondering internally why I would do such a thing. I don't know why I would either. After I order, I am so embarrassed that I excuse myself to go to the bathroom without looking at my mom, but I'm sure she saw what I had done. In the bathroom there is a huge amount of people, boys and girls of all ages in a giant room with lines of stalls and sinks, and the floor is steeply slanted downward from the door. I hurry to one of the last stalls in the far corner and shut the door. My mom somehow came behind the stall and opened the wall opposite the door. I don't remember if we communicated at all, because the next think I remember is walking out of the bathroom stall. I walk to the sink with my mom close behind and look in the mirror. Where my eyes use to be looks nothing like I had imagined just after I took them out. The eyeball is sitting without any eyelid encasing it, and I see nothing attaching it to my socket. It looks slightly smaller than a normal eyeball, and is completely matte pink skin, with the faintest hint of many red capillaries underneath. It is completely round, and as I looked in the mirror, the eye rolled forward without moving position, revealing a red vertical rectangle instead of a pupil. The eyeball is sitting in my extra large sockets with no eyelids around it so I can see it fully. Behind the eyeball was a segment of a snake, not coiled, but as if it was going into the side of the eye socket near my nose from the side of the socket nearest my temple. There is no head or tail of this snake, just the continuously moving segment going as if in a continuous circle. I remember being certain that this was two different snakes for each socket, not one snake going through both. I only barely had time to process seeing this before I woke up. This is long, but this is the most insane dream I've ever had and also the one I remember the most. It happened two days ago, and I remember it as if it happened an hour ago.
