First Nightmare

I was with Matze on a waterslide where you sit insite a small boat. We got a special boat with a motor and it was really amazing. When we reached the top of the slide I noticed i couldn't hold on correctly and i just left the boat and climbed down. And now the nightmare starts.... I was at home on my Computer casually watching Prison Break when suddenly there is an old women IN THE SHOW that seems normal but starts to transform into an ugly witch or demon thing. I really wanted to just turn it off but i couldn't.... Does that have a special meaning?
